DIE CUTTING From a simple door hanger or rolodex to pocket folders and complex promotional pieces, Arkay delivers the goods. We have over 1,000 standing dies at your disposal, including windows, doorhangers, tabs, and many other shapes and configurations. We can accept sheet sizes as small as 2" x 3" and as large as 17.5" x 23". FOIL STAMPING Add a little bling to the printed word with foil. Metallic, Pigment and Holographic foils are all options that will surely help your message stand out. With 12 standard colors and more on our shelf and available at no extra cost, there's no reason not to consider foil as an option. Special order foils are available as well. Dies can be single use (magnesium) or longer lasting (copper). EMBOSSING Raise the bar and add some texture to your flat printed sheets. Arkay offers blind, registered, and combination foil/embossing. We are able to provide embossing for any budget. Single level dies in magnesium or copper and multi level dies in brass each offer their own strengths. ROUND CORNERING Soften the edges economically. Round cornering is available in .1875" to 2". Minimum sheet size is 2" to 3.5" and maximum sheet size is 17" x 23". NUMBERING Consecutive and crash numbering of multiple part forms are both available in standards inks as well as PMS colors. A number of different size numbering heads are available to suit all your numbering needs.

SCORE AND PERFORATING Add a "no crack" channel score to any printed piece for a clean fold every time. Whether the sheets are printed digitally or offset, an Arkay channel score will do the trick. We can perforate in a number of different teeth counts. 12 TPI for true laser perf, 30 TPI for clean perf on cover stock, 125 TPI for covers and a host of other options for specialty pieces. LETTERPRESS PRINTING What's old is new again. Arkay offers the artistry of letterpress printing in a timely fashion. We use the finest plate material available to guarantee superior image transfer. Letterpress printing offers a way to stand out in today's printing landscape. This process also allows for the imprinting of blister cards and file folders as well. POCKET FOLDERS Die cutting and converting of flat sheets into presentation folders has become a staple at Arkay. Plenty of standing dies to offer a wide range of size and detail options.
